Blazer Jobs is partnering with a welcoming school district in Granite Falls, WA to hire a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist for the current school year. This full-time onsite role serves students ages 322 with a caseload of approximately 70 students. The position includes support from a dedicated COTA who has been with the district for two years.
Job Requirements:

Active Washington Occupational Therapist license required

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field

Minimum of two years of school-based OT experience required

Strong collaboration and communication skills
Job Duties:

Provide occupational therapy services to students ages 322 across multiple school sites

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student goals

Collaborate closely with the COTA, teachers, and special education staff

Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development and meetings

Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
